I like the looks of the bread but the baking process makes it look like rocket science 🤓 .... add half sugar, add beer .... etcetera. I love preparing my meals but I will refer this to my wife to check it out 🤣
In pastry and baking, the precision of the processes is what guarantees a good result. This is very different from savory cooking. Let me know later if your wife decided to make some beer bread.
