Thank you for the encouraging comment! Maybe in Hamburg in the future :) A friend of mine is working in a macrobiotic store in Hamburg and they were serving vegan sushi rolls. Her sushi made me fall in love with vegan sushi few years ago. As you wrote, I must simply give it a try!
