This is going bad

Ok guys, imma gonna keep this short and simple. I screwed up. Basically, the amount of food i ate wasn't that much more than usual. What's bad in it, was the choice of food. I am almost fully unwinding my progress now standing at 81.9.

So let's roll back and see what's happening over the past few months. I started off at 84, then down to 79, and now im back to 82. With the rate this is going, pretty soon i will be back to 84 and beyond. I should really be vary on my choice of food.

Workout routine maintained at a decent pace. Skipped two days due to rain, but i guess those are excuses. I believe there's a will, there's a way. I should really start to put my thoughts in how to improve my cardio then looking at the sky and think when will it rain. I think i started to feel less energy due to less ideal sleeping pattern. Even with the reduced caffeine diet, i don't find my sleeping any improvement. May be i should stop playing with my gadgets afrer 8pm?

Enough of all that health and weightloss rant. Lets6get back to business. My boss made a call and we setup a table talk with one of the client, seeing their production slowing down, we decided to bribe treat him a meal, hopefully able to hear some marketin information from the client.

Tom yum gong is one of the most significant Thai dish one can have. We in Malaysia is proud to have inherited a partial of their goodness. No wait, i am not even comparing it with the original country. The spicy level in Malaysia is a joke compare to Thailand. When comes to spiciness, Thai people don't play.

Stir fried vegetable is yet another common dish both of our country likes. However, if it's Thai style, we'd expect to see more chili pepper 🌶️ flaking in and out. You can try to pick those chili out, but that doesn't stop it burning your lips.

The pandan chicken is very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The pandan leaf infused a very delightful vanilla flavor into it.

Last but not least, its a must have, roast pork yo. Its very crunchy yo. There's multiple layer of fat separation, so as the outter layer being glazed with a ton of spices, this totally bring out the savory and fragrant. The moment i took a bite, the fat melted in my mouth, as if a taste bud explosion that blown my mind. Ended up, we order two pot of this. Crazy

What a food plater...Definitely not for someone trying to loose some weight 😀😀. The food is so tempting and the chicken in leaf wrap looks great.

Aih... My discipline in diet is the worst part of my entire life. I can stop smoking, I can stop watching porn, but eating oily food ... Oh my. I can't imagine.

not that bad right. i think should be ok no maybe if its more muscle instead ? :o. I'm not sure haha

Taman Bukit Maluri there the public park used to have an outdoor tennis court, that has been collecting leafs for decades, suddenly swept clean, put back net, and guess what? Bunch of idiots lining up for pickle ball. Omw, this shit is getting out of hand 🤣

I’m struggling with this right now myself brother - I wish you better luck than I am having!

I have never really think about how bad it is to having sleeping disorder. I will be like 2am suddenly woke up and it feels like 10am in my mind. And then until 5am which I am normally supposed to get up and get ready for work, suddenly my eyes came shutting down. I will have to struggle to get dressed and quickly drive to work place before I can take a nap at the parking lot for like an hour. And then the rest of the day feels like zombie.

I did tried to stay up late until 2am, but it will only change the routine. So I got a good sleep until 5, and woke up like a zombie the rest of the day. And technically I need to drink coffee all day to keep me awake until I crashed into the bed even with a huge triple espresso, by around 8pm. And then, it will be nightmare to wake up by 11pm and rolling the bed and annoying the home minister until she kick me out of the bed and usually that will last until 5am 🤣

Also tried staying awake 24 hours. That 1 day will get a good night sleep, but then the next day I will feel like my brain is not home, and I don't even remember how to drive. And after the miserable day, I will be back to "normal" waking up midnight starring at the roof counting shits sheeps

Waah, love every food you posted. Perhaps, go on a low-carb diet.

Did that 10 years ago, and had a serious hair loss issue. I will do macro this time. Need to maintain a decent caloric deficit to make sure I don't eat too little and still become fat.

Oh, it really depends on each one. I hope you'll be able to find a diet that suits your body.
