Ok guys, imma gonna keep this short and simple. I screwed up. Basically, the amount of food i ate wasn't that much more than usual. What's bad in it, was the choice of food. I am almost fully unwinding my progress now standing at 81.9.
So let's roll back and see what's happening over the past few months. I started off at 84, then down to 79, and now im back to 82. With the rate this is going, pretty soon i will be back to 84 and beyond. I should really be vary on my choice of food.
Workout routine maintained at a decent pace. Skipped two days due to rain, but i guess those are excuses. I believe there's a will, there's a way. I should really start to put my thoughts in how to improve my cardio then looking at the sky and think when will it rain. I think i started to feel less energy due to less ideal sleeping pattern. Even with the reduced caffeine diet, i don't find my sleeping any improvement. May be i should stop playing with my gadgets afrer 8pm?
Enough of all that health and weightloss rant. Lets6get back to business. My boss made a call and we setup a table talk with one of the client, seeing their production slowing down, we decided to bribe treat him a meal, hopefully able to hear some marketin information from the client.
Tom yum gong is one of the most significant Thai dish one can have. We in Malaysia is proud to have inherited a partial of their goodness. No wait, i am not even comparing it with the original country. The spicy level in Malaysia is a joke compare to Thailand. When comes to spiciness, Thai people don't play.
Stir fried vegetable is yet another common dish both of our country likes. However, if it's Thai style, we'd expect to see more chili pepper 🌶️ flaking in and out. You can try to pick those chili out, but that doesn't stop it burning your lips.
The pandan chicken is very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The pandan leaf infused a very delightful vanilla flavor into it.
Last but not least, its a must have, roast pork yo. Its very crunchy yo. There's multiple layer of fat separation, so as the outter layer being glazed with a ton of spices, this totally bring out the savory and fragrant. The moment i took a bite, the fat melted in my mouth, as if a taste bud explosion that blown my mind. Ended up, we order two pot of this. Crazy
