Newly re-opened Lad & Dad at Wisma Cosway. Fish & chips that are done really well. Had the classic perch. Crispy on the outside and flaky and moist fish on the inside. The sauces were also really nice with the sambal aioli that's unique to this KL outlet and pairs really nicely with the fish.
The thing I really commend them on was that I had 3 chips left and wanted to takeaway for my son at home coz he likes chips. When I got the packed chips, it was hot and had a weight to it. I opened it and it was freshly fried chips that was more than my leftover. Talk about doing a little more than your usual hospitality and service!
Something I really admire and appreciate. Will definitely be back just because of this gesture.
