Had a consultation session again with the couple from mamalek. We dropped by a local cafe called @ordinery.kl for our session and had a meal there.
I ordered their small breakfast which had scrambled eggs, sourdough bread, butter, and their in-house made sausages. The sausages were season perfectly and tasted really good. The eggs were cooked really well as well, no watery leaking but buttery and layered eggs.
Really enjoyed the meal there and would definitely recommend it .. as a nice place to chat that serves good wholesome food.
Friends got the beef bourguignon and big breakfast which looked really beautiful and generous in portion.
Had a good time working out more details on their upcoming business which is close to completing and opening soon!
Super excited for them and the growing of the brand. I'm very certain that they have the right ingredients as business owners and entrepreneurs in the F&B space to succeed.
