Today I am here with a delicious and easy chicken fried rice recipe. Today I will show you step by step how to make restaurant style chicken fried rice at home in a very easy way.
Ingredients:

- Marinated chicken (as much as you like)
- Boiled rice
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Carrot,
- Chopped Cabbage,
- Cauliflower (small pieces)
- Capsicum (1 or more colors are better)
- Chopped Green chili,
- 1 egg
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce
- Maggi Magic seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation method:
First, heat the oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces well. Make sure that the chicken pieces turn a nice golden color and are cooked well inside. Once fried, keep the chicken pieces aside.

Then, heat the same oil that was used to fry the chicken in another pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum and green chillies. Fry all the ingredients on medium heat until the vegetables are slightly soft but not completely mushy.

Once the vegetables are slightly browned, crack an egg into the pan. Mix the egg well with the vegetables, stirring to scramble it and spread it evenly.

Then add the fried chicken to the pan. Add tomato sauce and chili sauce to enhance the taste and flavor. Mix all the ingredients well.

Now pour the cooked rice into the pan. Make sure the rice is fluffy. Mix everything well. Add salt and Maggi Magic Spices to taste. If you want, you can also add a little black pepper powder for extra flavor. Fry well for about 8-10 minutes on medium heat, so that the flavors of all the ingredients blend.
Serving:
Serve the delicious and aromatic chicken fried rice hot. If desired, you can sprinkle some chopped raw onions or coriander leaves on top and serve.
