Tip calls should work as long as there is 1,000 effective Alive Power, either through staking or delegation. I just took a look at @ivyann's wallet, and she should definitely be able to tip. If it's not working, then I'll see if Bjorn has any idea why that might be. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I assume that all of Bjorn's Hive token tipping bots process the respective token tipping commands retroactively, such that the time of each token tipping attempt is taken into account whenever a tipping bot's downtime happens to cross through midnight UTC !INDEED. 🤓
