Hello TGIF!
It's a cold morning today but at least it's Friday, yaaahooooo 😍 It's going to be a 3 days weekend so am stoked. Although it's going to rain, rain, rain, as long as I get to have my babies at home, am happy 😁
For today's recipe share, it's another recipe that is required pages of instructions....I kid 😁 Just like yesterday's recipe, today is also another super short instructions as I used rice cooker magic, a touch of a button, that was it 😁 Delicious and filling tho!
500 g ground beef
2 c mixed rice
1/4 c sliced green onion
1/4 c sliced coriander
3 baby carrots
3 garlic
1 can mushroom slices
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
Water
Rinse rice and place them into the rice cooker pot
Slice garlic and carrots, dump them into the pot as well. Add in onion and coriander
Drain mushrooms, and if you'd like to, give a quick rinse, otherwise just dump them into the pot
Brown ground beef, until no juice left, you can either drain the juice or continue cooking until juice is gone, then add browned beef into to pot
Add enough water to cover everything, season with sesame oil and chicken bouillon powder
On my rice cooker, there is a setting for mix rice, and that's the one I used, but it would work just find with only "cook" option.
Fluff the rice once cooked and serve!
Enjoy ❤️
