It had been years since I tried tofu and never was a huge fan and then I saw an Asian cook fry it. Well, that made all the difference, and it wasn't bad. This is only my third time doing a diet my entire life, once after having babies and now at 70 ridding myself of excess weight.

I recently discovered I gained 5# over the winter, so I may have to grit my teeth and put myself on a weight loss diet! But I dunno about the tofu....or the sardines... HA HA!
