I have only eaten tofu once or twice, and was not impressed. Did your method of preparing it produce tasty results? My husband likes sardines; I do not. I consider you a brave soul to eat that many of them.

I am not on a diet, so it's going great. I have been put on so many weird diets over the years, diets that were supposed to solve health issues but didn't, that I have quite lost interest in diets. Maybe some day that will change. Not sure.

It had been years since I tried tofu and never was a huge fan and then I saw an Asian cook fry it. Well, that made all the difference, and it wasn't bad. This is only my third time doing a diet my entire life, once after having babies and now at 70 ridding myself of excess weight.
