The unique scent of turmeric, lemongrass, bird's eye chilies, and fresh spices, meticulously roasted and ground, is a signal that another legendary day of deliciousness is about to begin. 🌶️🧄

The beginning of our shop wasn't complicated at all. It stemmed from a simple yet grand intention: to let everyone, whether long-time locals from Koh Phangan or travelers from all over the world visiting for the first time, experience the authentic taste of "Southern Thai curry"—spicy, rich, yet delicately flavored with care. It's a taste that's as warm and comforting as a mother's home-cooked meal. 🏠❤️
Every day, Mom and we wake up early to personally select the ingredients: fresh seafood from the local market, top-grade meats, and fresh, crisp local vegetables. We then create a variety of delicious Southern Thai dishes:
Sour and spicy sea fish curry with coconut shoots – perfect served hot, with the fragrant aroma of turmeric and real lime juice 🐟🍋
Rich and flavorful fish kidney curry – packed with ingredients, authentic Southern Thai taste, incredibly delicious with hot rice 🍛
Spicy stir-fried dishes and curries – intensely spicy with a rich curry paste, served with fresh vegetables like cashew leaves, bitter beans, and crisp cucumbers. You'll definitely want seconds! 🥬🥒
