The foraging part or the mushroom kit part? The mushroom kit part is definitely easy, I'm not confident foraging XD

8 days ago a friend gave me 3 huge portobello mushrooms, wild from his #garden.

Made soup with 1 (+ small potato, carrot & onion) & a big casserole with other 2 + sweet pot's, carrots, onion, sprouted lentils & garabanzo.

Ate some, stored rest in jars in fridge. 1 meal left!

It was not a cooking course, we just fried them, and that was it.
