Well, today I will share a recipe for fried bread added with a very melted cheese sauce,

So today I will share a recipe for fried bread with added cheese sauce that melts really well, basically this time I will make a really delicious snack made from white bread coated with wheat flour and also breadcrumbs, in which I add cheese sauce that I deliberately cook myself so that the cheese becomes more melty when bitten.

Curious about my snack recipe this time, okay I will always share the recipe with all of you, this is purely my recipe, my own snack idea that I deliberately made especially for my beloved child.

Materials used

4 slices of white bread
200 grams of wheat flour
200 grams of bread crumbs
1 grated cheese
1 instant coconut milk 270 ml
2 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cooking procedure

I took some water and then I put it in the flour, this is for the bread dipping ingredients later, then I cut the bread into two parts, then I dipped the bread into the flour solution.

then I coat the bread that I have coated in wheat flour, I coat it again in breadcrumbs, then I fry the bread until cooked

Next I will make the cheese sauce, first I put instant coconut milk into the pan, then I add water into the pan then margarine, granulated sugar, cheese and finally I add the cornstarch solution, I stir until the sauce thickens

After the sauce thickens, I turn off the stove, then I wait until the sauce is cold, then I put it in a triangular plastic bag or regular plastic bag, then I cut the bread into 2 more pieces, and inside I put a lot of cheese sauce until it melts.

Fried bread with melted cheese sauce is ready to be served, I serve it on a serving plate, and I also decorate it with cheese sauce on the edge of the plate, so that later if you want to dip it again with cheese sauce it will be easier hehehe,,

There is no need to doubt the taste, it is very tasty and the inside is very melted, crispy fried bread combined with sweet and tasty cheese sauce, it is truly a combination of flavors that really tempts the appetite of anyone who sees it.
