Man, that looks really good. And we also used salt to our bitter gourd here then gently massage them. And this recipe looks yummy, we usually cook bitter gourd with egg. It is also good. I recommend it.

        You can also eat bitter gourd with eggs. I had eaten it before. But I am happy to know that you know such a beautiful cooking skill. But thank you for your interest in providing healthy food to the family.
