According to the news this bad weather will continue even during the weekend. And yes, it is raining again. As long as the water level near our house don't change, we have no problem with this rain. Ahhhh -but my clothes ಥ‿ಥ. I washed them yesterday and it still wet even until now. It didn't receive any sunshine and fresh air. Aigoooo.

Anyways, when I went to the market i'm thinking of making some soupy dish coz yk, it's raining, and what's the best dish for that but a soupy dish? Right? And good news, the pork meat was down a little today, it's 280 per kilo rn -from 340 last month. Of course I want to grab the opportunity while its still a lil cheaper. Who knows when will get this chance again. But I really want it to go down more -like may 200 per kilo? Hahahaha. We can dream right? Lol

But yeah, a soupy dish is good but when I make that I want the bone part to use and it is actually cheaper, 240 per kilo. But, it is too fatty and i'm avoiding that. And soooo, I ended up getting the lean meat ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌. I'll be making adobo nalang -and with lots of STRING BEANS ♪ \(^ω^\ ). Let's make it a lil healthy as much as possible yeah ୧(^ 〰 ^)୨. And so, I cut the meat into bite size and marinate them in two tablespoon of vinegar, salt, msg, soy sauce, and ground pepper.

I have here two tie of String Beans, then the garlic and onion -glad we still have some haha this is the last actually. Lol

I just cut the string beans into small size like this then soak it for 3 minutes in water with salt.

So it's cooking time. There's a small fats on the meat I picked so I removed them then fried it without using oil. Man, the oil I got is too scary. Lol. I remove it of course and use a vegetable oil, I didn't even put much, just a tiny bit.

I also picked two green Siling Taiwan in the garden and sautee it together with the onion and garlic. I actually remove the seeds just because

I put the meat next and put water in it, how many cups? Just put enough to soaked all the meat and cook them for 4 minutes in high heat and adjusted it to medium heat and cooked it for another 11 minutes

After that 11 minutes we put our string beans next..lovely lovely ( /^ω^)/♪♪. I also put the fats I fried a while ago. No worry coz I already squeeze out its oil in it. Ehe. But is it safu? But well, there's not much anyway so daijoubu, daijoubu.

and after 5 more minutes, It's done! Simple but its really good. I asked Mommy D to try it and she said it is already good. And man, I love that it is spicy. Seriously, even a lil spiciness can do so much in one dish. Agree???? Ehehe

Of course, the best one to pair with our Spicy Pork and String Beans Adobo is a steaming hot WHITE RICE! I paired it with that but not much coz I ate a lot of string beans hehe. We'll go healthy today. Lolol.
