Actually financial markets overall are doing very well despite what's going on in the world. I guess over the long run, taking risks (responsibly of course) will always be better than being risk averse and leaving money as bank deposits.

Bank deposits are the worst possible option... lol... If they can't give more than 5-6% APR, it's just a waste of money...
I didn't find anything better than the 15% APR that we have on HBD, which is relatively safe (IMO)... 😃
In my country, many people do that. I find that people focus a lot more on growing their work income, but ignore the potential of their earned savings and just leave them into the bank because they are scared of losing money if they invest.
