Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Dum Pukht Mutton, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Lobia Phalli ki Sabzi.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Long Green Beans ( 500 grams )
  • Potatoes ( 250 grams )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 3 sp )
  • Water ( 2 cup )
  • Tomato ( 50 grams )
  • Cumin seeds ( 1 tbsp )
  • Salt, turmeric & Ground red chillies ( according to taste )
  • chilli flexes, Cumin & Coriander Powder ( 1 sp )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

You can buy the fresh bean pods, which we call long green beans, from the market or you can also remove the seeds yourself from the fresh long beans.
So first I put cooking oil in a pan or pot and added the onion to it.

When the onion turned slightly brown, I added cumin seeds and fried them, then I added ginger-garlic paste to it.

Now I added chopped tomatoes to it and then ground spices which included salt, ground red chillies, turmeric, chili flakes, cumin and coriander powder.
I roasted these spices for a while and then I added the green Lobia beans to it.

Now I added chopped potatoes to it and roasted them for a while and now I added water to it and put it on the Steamer for about five to seven minutes.
After removing the steamer, you can see that it has become a light gravy.

This Long Bean & Potato Curry is a beautiful celebration of simple ingredients transformed into a hearty and flavorful meal.
Nutritious, satisfying, and full of traditional flavors, this dish is a perfect example of how everyday ingredients can create something truly special and delicious.


Final Look:

The tender long beans, fresh bean seeds, and soft potatoes come together in a rich tomato-onion gravy, creating a dish that is both wholesome and comforting.
