Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you all doing? I hope you’re having a great day. Today I’m making an easy and simple dessert: matcha pancakes topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with cookie-and-cream crumbs. These matcha pancakes are incredibly fragrant and, of course, sweet. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 7 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 packet vanilla powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp powdered milk
- 75 ml water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- cream
Instructions:

- Put the all-purpose flour into a bowl

- Add the sugar, matcha powder, and powdered milk to the bowl

- Add the baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and vanilla powder to the bowl

- Stir the dry ingredients until well combined

- Add water to the bowl

- Stir until the ingredients dissolve and are well combined

- Crack 1 egg and add it to the bowl

- Stir again until the batter is well combined

- Add 1 tbsp of oil to the mixture

- Heat a pan and pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan

Cook over low heat until the pancake is done
Repeat until all the batter is used up

- Top the pancakes with cream and sprinkle cookie and cream crumbs on top

- The matcha pancake with cookies and cream are ready to eat
