
Hi bloggers and food lovers. Happy fasting to all my Muslim brothers and sisters who are fasting. Today I'm going to share one of my suhoor menus this morning, Enoki Mushrooms wrapped in nori and rice paper. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Enoki mushrooms
- 1 sheet of nori
- 1 sheet of rice paper
- all-purpose flour
- water
- garlic powder
- 1/2 spring onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 50 ml water
- cornstarch solution
Steps:


- Soak the rice paper in water and place it on a plate

- Prepare 1 sheet of nori




- Place the enoki mushrooms on top, then roll up

Cut into 4 pieces
Set aside

- Prepare all-purpose flour

- Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and add water


- Add chopped spring onion


- Coat the enoki mushroom rolls with the all-purpose flour mixture


Fry in hot oil with low heat
Remove and drain

- Prepare sweet soy sauce, salted soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, chopped spring onions, sugar, and salt in a pan

- Add water

- Stir until dissolved while heating on low heat


- When it starts to boil, add cornstarch solution until thickened





- Serve warm the sauce with Enoki Mushroom Nori Rolls
