Ingredients:
- 500 grams oyster mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 300 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams rice flour
- black pepper
- salt
- garlic powder
- cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 100 ml water
- 50 ml cornstarch slurry
Instructions:


- Remove the stems from the mushrooms, then tear the mushrooms into small pieces

- Rinse under running water and pour hot water over them

- Drain the mushrooms and squeeze out the excess water

- Add garlic powder and ground pepper on top

- Crack the egg and add it to the bowl


- Stir until well combined

Prepare a mixture of all-purpose flour and rice flour then add garlic powder
Stir the flour mixture until well combined

- Place the mushrooms in the flour

- Coat until all surfaces of the mushrooms are evenly coated

- Place the mushrooms in the preheated oil

Cook until the mushrooms are cooked through and browned
Remove and drain

- For the black pepper sauce, place the minced garlic in a bowl

- Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce to the bowl

- Add black pepper to the bowl


- Add water and stir until well combined

- Pour the sauce mixture into a pan and add a little more water

- Cook until the sauce comes to a boil

- Add the cornstarch slurry, then stir until the sauce thickens

- Add the fried mushrooms

- Toss until the mushrooms are coated with the black pepper sauce

- Serve on a plate


- Crispy mushrooms with black pepper sauce are ready to eat
