Sweet, savory with the authentic taste of corn and grated coconut. However, for a stronger corn aroma, you can add corn flavoring. But in my opinion, it is already very delicious even without the corn flavoring, as the corn aroma is still noticeable. I really like the soft, chewy texture, so when you bite into this cake, it is indeed very delicious.
