That’s exactly what my husband and I did to visit this Japanese restaurant in Seano, about an hour away; we’d been there before, and the food quality is definitely worth the trip. The place is called Hayashi Sushi Garden, and—naturally—sushi is their specialty. Let me tell you a bit about it. It’s a spot with fast service and great waitstaff. To start, we ordered some excellent quality salmon tartare and a new dish—a sort of sashimi with spicy sauce that everyone really loved; it was served on a unique kind of stand and was incredibly tasty. We kept things simple after that, ordering seaweed and sashimi—all of superb quality! We also had some green beans and simple chicken dumplings, accompanied by a glass of warm sake to whet our appetites. Everything was excellent!

Para empezar, pedimos un tartar de salmón de calidad magnífica y un plato nuevo: una especie de sashimi con salsa picante que nos encantó a todos; se servía en un soporte muy original y estaba increíblemente sabroso. Después optamos por algo más sencillo y pedimos algas y sashimi, ¡todo de una calidad soberbia! También tomamos judías verdes y unas empanadillas de pollo sencillas, acompañadas de una copa de sake caliente para abrir el apetito. ¡Todo estuvo excelente!
With our appetites whetted by the sake, we continued our meal with pork cutlet, a double serving of truly delicious salmon tartare, and some very light Chinese-style fries for my daughter. We also enjoyed various steamed dumplings—pork and beef, all incredibly flavorful—along with other dishes: a spicy beef dish my husband loved (packed with spicy sauce), takoyaki (my personal favorite), unique and tasty fried uramaki rolls with cheese and strawberry, and delicious salt-and-pepper shrimp. There were shao mai dumplings and an assortment of fried uramaki rolls featuring crab, salmon, cheese, spicy sauce, and other tasty toppings—everything was absolutely delicious. A true feast of delights; this restaurant never disappoints. Prices are a bit above average, but so is the excellent quality of the food!
Con el apetito estimulado por el sake, continuamos la comida con una chuleta de cerdo, una doble ración de un tartar de salmón verdaderamente delicioso y unas patatas fritas al estilo chino muy ligeras para mi hija. También disfrutamos de varias empanadillas al vapor —de cerdo y de ternera, todas increíblemente sabrosas— junto con otros platos: un plato de ternera picante que le encantó a mi marido (cargado de salsa picante), takoyaki (mi favorito personal), unos originales y sabrosos rollos uramaki fritos con queso y fresa, y unos deliciosos langostinos a la sal y pimienta.
