A means of communicating with him, maybe if you know anyone close to him or even call out to him via the window or so... Might sound somehow, I'm just talking from experience though. You never know what exactly he's going through, just so he wouldn't hurt himself.
I checked up on him yesterday and I found out he is just depressed because of unemployment. He almost drank snipper sef. But he is fine now.
