It's been a long time now that the HBD's APR has started to decline, and as for the DHF—which is complicated, something that needed to be resolved yesterday—it looks like it's going to remain unresolved "forever."
Well, the DHF thing, yea and additionally there's no benefit for someone buying HIVE from the market and do something with it - rather than just shit-post and earn - day by day - and power-down and cash out. what should hive change?

Started a new project this morning. Cutting at least 1 tree down a day. Possibly 2. Our chainsaw has quit again so I'll do it the hard way until it gets fixed or replaced. This will take me a while. Starting in the back field..
I'm doing similar work on our male goat pen. Clearing out the dead branches near the ground so they have more room and a clear line of sight (so they fell safer). Can't imagine 'doing it the hard way'. I'm using an electric chain saw.
Hopefully it won't take long to replace. We've had a couple other issues that needs tending to first.
The septic system will be fixed Monday. 🙏
I'll tell you tho, I'm tired but feel pretty accomplished. I was able to cut few more down before it got to hot to be out in it.
Thanks. Once it gets finished and ready we'd like to grow vegetables for us and to sell. The front pasture we'd like to turn into an orchard. It'll be a couple years before it's ready to plant. First we have to rid all the small trees.

Our chainsaw quit again. Just trying to help my son while he's at work. Eventually, with time hard work and patience it will get cleared. B hopefully tho we can get the chainsaw fixed or replaced soon. Other issues first tho.

My neighbour has been indoors for 1 week and it's unlike him.
And when I went to knock on his door this morning I heard him crying. I'm confused.
Omg, that sounds like someone going through a depressing situation but can't seem to confide in anyone. Please, try as much as possible to speak kind words to him from outside and if it falls, try to contact the caretaker. I hope he doesn't self-harm.

To address the issue, I'd suggest you try to put some persistence. He's currently in a dangerous state, God forbid but you can't tell what action will be next. Try to persist and reason with him to open up. You can do that with other neighbours. I believe people should have some humanity at least. Or even with close friends, if you need that help. Most importantly, if you know someone close to him, friends or loved ones, try to reach them; let them know what's going on, and put heads and hands together to help that neighbour. Hope this helps.

Yeah, you can say that, but when there are so many "mistakes" that casually benefits one side, and is always the same team, there is something weird happening.
Controversial decisions don't automatically mean it's rigged. Every team has benefited from and suffered because of referee mistakes. Human error is part of football. Calling the entire World Cup "rigged" requires much stronger evidence than a few decisions that fans disagree with. I also think once we start disliking a team or a player, every decision that goes in their favor feels suspicious while the ones against them are easily forgotten. That's just how bias works.
Well, the second yellow card shown to Embolo last night was a right decision, because it was a clear simulation. But when Argentina played against Cabo Verde, Enzo Fernández did the same thing and it was a foul for Argentina. Not everyone is getting the same treatment. And is happening during all world cup, and even before, because there was a weird thing even in the drafts for the group phase.
Fair points on the frustration, but there's a big logical leap here. Different refs making different calls across separate matches isn't "unequal treatment," it’s just the unfortunate reality of subjective refereeing decisions.

The red card not given to Messi vs Argelia, that yellow card forgiven to Enzo, Messi telling "whistle" to the reff so he can shoot before Cape Verde was even ready and go away with it, the wait for Tagliafico so he can go in an score the 3rd goal when he should be left out for 1 minut, as the rules say, the 9 penalty shots to Argentina in 2 WC, setting a record.
There are too many weird things happening around Argentina just to be "unfortunate reality".
You're free to believe what you want but a collection of controversial refereeing decisions is still not evidence of corruption. Every major team has benefited from and suffered because of referee mistakes. If there were actual proof that the World Cup was fixed, it would require real evidence, not assumptions built from disputed moments. Well, the European parliament and the FBI are opening some investigations to FIFA and AFA. Maybe we can have answers about all this soon.
Every national team drafted was assigned to the group alphabetically, but when it was Argentina's turn, they skipped Group I and put them in Group J. Tell me that's not, at least, suspicious.
The group draft isn't just a simple alphabetical list. FIFA draws have complex algorithms to prevent regional overlap (like keeping CONMEBOL or CAF teams separated in the group stages). When a team "skips" a group on screen, it's just the automated system enforcing those pre-determined draw rules in real-time.
So I'll explain again groups get "Skipped" If a team like Argentina (CONMEBOL) is drawn, they cannot legally enter a group that already has another South American team in it. When this happens, FIFA's automated draw software instantly flags the geographical clash. It automatically "skips" the restricted group and places the team into the next legally available slot (such as skipping Group I to land in Group J).
Then why was it skipped if there wasn't any Latin American team on that group? Argentina was the very first team to be drafted for that group. So, it doesn't make sense.
Being the first team drawn doesn't automatically mean you stay in the first available group. The draw follows predefined allocation rules, including avoiding certain confederation conflicts and balancing the groups. A team can be temporarily skipped and placed in the next eligible group according to those rules. So the fact that Argentina was skipped at that moment isn't evidence of rigging by itself. If you think the rule was broken then can you point to the specific FIFA regulation that says they should have gone into that group?
I'm not saying there is a rule that was broken, I'm saying that it hadn't happen to any other team on the draft, just them, and "casually" it ends being a group very "accessible" for them.
