Hola amigos, feliz dia, hoy les quiero compartir un rico biscocho especial para tortas frias rellenas con cremas y frutas.
🍰 Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup sugar 5 eggs 9 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
🍰 Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina leudante.
1 taza de azucar.
5 huevos.
9 cucharadas de agua.
2 cucharadas de vainilla.
🍰 Preparation:
We begin by separating the egg whites and yolks. Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat them until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the sugar.
Then add the egg yolks one at a time, along with the vanilla, and continue beating. Finally, gradually incorporate the sifted flour in several portions, using a spatula or hand whisk to gently fold in the batter without deflating the egg whites. Add the tablespoons of water.

🍰 Preparacion:
Comenzamos separando las claras y las yemas, colocamos las claras de huevo en un bol y las batimos a punto de nieve, agregamos el azucar lentamente.
Luego agregamos las yemas de huevo uno a uno, junto con la vainilla y seguimos batiendo, por ultimo vamos integrando la harina previamente tamizada en varias porciones, con una espatula o batidor de mano en forma envolvente para no perder el aire de las claras y las cucharadas de agua.
