Holaa mis amigos como estan? gusto en saludarlos, nuevamente compartiendo mis recetas diarias, en esta oportunidad se trata de un rico pollo esmechado.
🍅 Ingredientes:
800 grms de pollo.
Cebolla blanca.
Tomate.
Ajies dulces.
2 o 3 dientes de ajo.
Pimenton verde.
Cebollin.
Zanahoria.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa inglesa.
Aceite el necesario.
🍅 Preparation:
We start by washing the chicken well and placing it in a pot with enough water to boil. Add 1 clove of garlic, a piece of onion, and 1 scallion. Let it cook until tender, then shred it. While the chicken is cooking, finely dice all the vegetables, grate the carrot, and crush the remaining garlic.
In a pan, add all the vegetables and prepare a stew. Shred the chicken and add it to the pot, covering it and simmering over low heat. 🍅 Preparacion:
Comenzamos lavando bien y colocando el pollo en una olla para hervirlo con suficiente agua, le agregamos 1 diente de ajo, un trozo de cebolla, 1 rama de cebollin y esperamos que se cocine para esmecharlo o deshebrarlo.
Mientras vamos picando todos los vegetales, en cuadritos muy pequeños, rallamos la zanahoria y machacamos el resto de los ajos, en una sarten agregamos todos los vegetales y preparamos un guiso, esmechamos el pollo y lo agregamos para cocinarlo a fuego lento con la olla tapada, tambien le colocamos un poco del consome donde lo cocinamos para mantener los sabores, este pollo puede ser utilizado para diferentes platillos.
