Hola amigos, como estan? hoy les compartire un delicioso higado en salsa con vegetales.
🍖 Ingredients: 300 g beef liver steak. 1 white onion. 1/2 bell pepper. Garlic cloves. 1 tomato. Salt and pepper. Annatto. Oil (as needed).
🍖 Ingredientes:
300 grms de bistec de higado.
1 cebolla blanca.
1/2 pimenton.
Dientes de ajo.
1 tomate.
Sal y pimienta.
Onoto.
Aceite el necesario.
🍖 Preparation:
Soak the liver in milk and let it rest for a while; slice the onion, tomato, and bell pepper into strips, crush the garlic, and wash and drain the liver steaks.
Place a pot with oil on the stove and sauté the vegetables; then add the liver steaks and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and coloring (such as paprika or annatto), add 1 cup of water, and cook until the steaks are tender and the vegetables are thoroughly cooked. 🍖 Preparacion:
Colocamos el higado en remojo con leche y dejamos reposar por un rato, cortamos la cebolla, el tomate y el pimiento de julianas y el ajo lo machacamos, lavamos y escurrimos los bistec de higado.
Colocamos una olla al fuego con aceite y agregamos los vegetales para sofreír, luego agregamos los bistec de higado y sofreimos un poco, condimentamos con sal, pimienta, color, 1 taza de agua y dejamos cocer hasta que estén tiernos los bistec y lo vegetales bien cocidos, este delicioso plato lo acompañe con vegetales cocidos y arroz blanco, Muchas gracias por el apoyo , gracias, gracias. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂
