
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying delicious food. Today I came here with my new recipe which is special for winters and our family favourite dish. I cooked **mixed vegetables like radish pods peas fenugreek leaves and potatoes. This mixed vegetables dish we mostly cooked two times in a week. I want to share with all of you so let's start.
Ingredients
Half kg potatoes
Half kg radish pods
Half kg peas
250 gram Fenugreek leaves
Two onions
Ginger garlic paste
Tomato slices
Green chillies
Spices
Salt
Turmeric
Red chilli
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Garam masala
Dry grind coriander
Process
First I cut whole vegetable and washed them under water and put them aside. Then I took a pot put some oil and added cut onions ginger garlic paste tomato slices and green chillies for frying. After two minutes stir frying I added whole spices and again stir fry adding half glass water.


After cooking gravy I added cut vegetables in the gravy then mixed them.



Now I added one and half glass water in the vegetables for cooking. I covered it under midum flame.

I opened the lid when oil separated then I fried vegetables for a minute then spread garam masala for more taste.

Final look
