Oh! This looks really interesting! If there's no oven, do you think slow cooking in a deep dish will work? I understand the top crust won't be achieved.

It's delicious! And you can make it on the stove in a pan with a little oil over medium-low heat. It will be crispy on top, but if you flip it over, it will have a nice golden color.
