With just a few hours left until the end of the year, I want to say goodbye to the food community with whom I have been sharing my experiences with different recipes and flavours throughout this year. Today, I wanted to treat my children to the food they wanted: a pasticho. This year has not been the best year for me on Hive, but I was able to stay active for almost half the year sharing with you all.
A pocas horas de finalizar el año, quiero despedir en la comunidad de comida que por todo este año , he estado compartiendo mis experiencias en diferentes recetas y sabores. Hoy quise complacer a mis hijos con la comida que ellos querían. Un pasticho.Este año no ha sido el mejor año para mí en hive, sin embargo me pude mantener activa casi la mitad del año compartiendo con ustedes.
To make this dish, use Sindoni pasta, using 3 boxes of 12 sheets each. In addition, use 800 grams of minced meat for the Bolognese sauce.
Para realizar este pasticho utilice pasta sindoni, el cual utilice 3 cajas de 12 laminas cada una. Además de 800 gramos de carne molida para la salsa boloñesa.
A delicious béchamel sauce with pecorino cheese, milk and wheat flour to thicken. To season: 6 cloves of garlic, 1 grated onion and coriander leaves.
Una deliciosa salsa bechamel con queso pecorino, leche y para espesar harina de trigo. Para sazonar; 6 dientes de ajo, 1 cebolla rallada y cilantro en hojas.
To assemble the pasticho, take the sheets of pasta and run them under hot water, alternating layers of béchamel sauce with Bolognese sauce.
Para armar el pasticho, tome las láminas de pasta y pase por agua caliente y fui alternando salsa bechamel con la salsa boloñesa.
