I have a small 2 cup Kitchenaide processor that outlasted my larger Ninja processor. The Ninja appeared more robust until the carafe cracked along the bottom where the armature for the blades sit. That was disappointing, the carafe was supposed to be high impact plastic. I'm looking for a new one before summer comes around.

                                This was inexpensive and it works as good as a blender. I chop my veggies using a knife and I didn't feel I needed a mini processor... until now. It works well as a blender!
