Warm greetings to everyone in this wonderful community, Am happy to welcome everyone to my blog this afternoon
So guys we are still on holiday and my kids are asking me mommy what are we going to have for lunch this afternoon. Now I told them to claim down because I have a suprise for them.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳 One plate of cassava flacks (Abacha)
🌳 Half cup of red oil
🌳 One bulb of onion
🌳 Three garden egg seed
🌳 Two pieces of unripe plantain
🌳 Half plate of oil bean (Ugba)
🌳 Four tablespoons of NGO
🌳 Six pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
🌳 Some pieces of garden egg leaf 🌿
🌳 One teaspoon of salt for taste
🌳 Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe out
First I boil water with a kettle and when the water boils I use it and soak my cassava flacks (Abacha) and when the I checked it and it has soft so I pour it into a sieve to remove water
I wash my unripe plantain and peel it then cut into pieces, put it into a pot and start to cook and when it starts to boil I add some salt into it and mix then cover allow to cook very well
Then I start to prepare my ingredients by washing them and cutting them then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper
Inside that mortar I used in pounding my fresh pepper I add my NGO and then add my red oil mix it very well
After that I add my cassava flacks (Abacha) mix and also add my oil bean (Ugba) add my salt for taste, chopped of onions my cut garden egg and mix all together
Then after I add my cooked unripe plantain into it and mix then add my garden egg leaves and mix together
Here is the face of my local and native dish so yummy and delicious 😋
My kids were very happy because they have not eaten this can of local dishes before 😋
