I remember when I was working abroad, oatmeal was my favorite breakfast. I stopped eating it ever since I got back home. I'm not sure why. Probably because I don't feel like eating the kind I'd see in the supermarket.
So when I saw these oats online, they looked enticing, similar to what I used to eat in Hong Kong. Back then, I'd mix oatmeal with nuts I always bought from PrizeMart and Japan Homes. I like nuts of any kind, except peanuts. I do like peanut butter, though. And I like nuts even more when they're mixed with oatmeal.

There were three kinds, so I ordered two cans, one for myself and one for my mother, since she loves oatmeal too. Like her, I've been getting more conscious about my sugar intake since I'm not getting any younger.

These oats come mixed with nuts and fruits, like almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, kiwi, red dates, raisins, and corn cereals. They're baked, so I can eat them straight, without adding milk or hot water.

I love the purple can. It contains frozen yogurt, and since I'm a fan of yogurt, I used to add it to my oatmeal all the time.

I also saw this avocado oatmeal drink with chia seeds and moringa, so I bought some to add extra flavor to my oatmeal. The combination of the two is delicious.

After buying them, though, I realized something. These may look healthy, but since they're processed, I probably won't get 100% of the nutrients I would from plain oats with fresh fruits and nuts. That got me thinking about what I want to try in the following days.
Still, I can't deny the oats look enticing, don't they? If you want to try them yourself, they're available on the black app. You may check here and here.
Thanks for your time.
