Same, it's expensive to eat Japanese food in the Philippines but I really enjoyed eating Japanese food in Japan. Ramen, tonkatsu, tempura. Yum!

              I did in Tokyo, for 800 yen, I got noodles, rice, dumplings. It was a good lunch.
