I made a little over 9k steps on Saturday. A 20-minute treadmill walk helped me reach the number!

I love climbing my local hills ... or long walks in my local parks!

Climbing hills needs a lot of fitness and stamina. A good form of workout, no doubt!

There are four within walking distance, and three are on one side of another of a hill! But the one known best is San Francisco's famous Golden Gate Park.

Wow! Many parks. We have only three here!

Indoors, I use the stationary bicycle... but I like going for a jog or a walk at least once a week. :)

I never tried a stationary bicycle! I had a regular one before. Now, no cycle!!

Any kind of workout is better than no workout!

Walking my dogs 3 times a day helps me get around 5k steps :)

but generally during the day im up and down the stairs constantly so i get my workouts for the day :D

Stair climbing is simple but quite an effective workout. However, we often forget to consider it as an workout!
