Gelatins are a quite new art, I hope the same, I have 12 years working with gelatins and I feel that it is a branch of pastry that is just beginning its expansion ๐ช here in Venezuela there are very talented people in this art and in your region too, I have seen incredible works of people in Asia, I am sure that if we continue creating beautiful and delicious things our art will continue to grow ๐จ ๐๐งโ๐ณ
Wow.. you've been doing this art for 12 years! ๐คฏ i'm just on my 2nd year. ๐ yes, i really think gelatin art is really popular in south america. I've seen some videos before and thpight jelly cakes are also a thing over there. But yours is different especially the gelatin transfer. ๐ yes, i think it's in malaysia or thailand where jelly cakes are popular.
Yes in one of those, I got to see very nice things over there, I really like to invent a lot, beyond the transfers I always do different things for each model, I apply many techniques and some are born new in each job, sometimes I get inspired by cake designs and make the adaptation in gelatin and the result are super new things never seen in Gelatin hehehe
