Do you engage with newcomers on Hive?
I created a blog about user retention after getting inspired by listening to the Hivethrive show last week.

If you open the blog I refer to you will find a couple of feeds you can use to find newly onboarded Hivers.
Lol, just like you need to pay ppl to stay, you need to pay ppl to curate...
It's not about paying people to stay. It's rewarding effort and engaging with new people. They don't have to receive $20 for every blog they make, but there is a difference between $20 en $0.
You get rewards for curating by the way if you have staked Hive.
Oh, I know how it works. I'm just pointing out the obvious. If were wrong then you wouldn't be needed to bring the topic up at all, because after a decade it would already be perfected and not an issue to address. People aren't doing it enmasse, cuz it doesnt benefit them enough
