আসসালামু আলাইকুম আশা করছি সবাই অনেক বেশি ভালো আছেন। আবারো ফিরে এলাম আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে। আমার আজকে ছুটিতে থাকবে খুবই সহজে মাছের ডিম ভাজি। কমবেশি সবাই মাছের ডিম ভাজি খেতে অনেক পছন্দ করে। তাই আমরাও মাসের ডিম ভাজি খাই এবং খেতে পছন্দ করি। আশা করছি আমার এই সহজ রেসিপিটি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।
তো চলুন রেসিপিটি আমরা শুরু করি...
Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is doing well. I am back with a new recipe for you. Today I will be making very easy fried fish eggs. Almost everyone likes to eat fried fish eggs. So we also eat and like to eat fried fish eggs every month. I hope you will like this simple recipe of mine.
So let's start the recipe...
এই মাসের ডিম ভাজি তৈরি করতে আমাদের যে সকল উপকরণ লাগবে সেগুলো হচ্ছে...
উপকরণ -
১.মাছের ডিম,
২.সরিষার তেল,
৩.পেঁয়াজ কুচি,
৪.কাঁচা মরিচ,
৫.রসুন কুচি,
৬.হলুদ,
৭.লবণ,
৮.না মরিচের গুড়ি,
৯.আস্ত জিরা।
Ingredients -
- Fish eggs,
- Mustard oil,
- Chopped onion,
- Green chili,
- Chopped garlic,
- Turmeric,
- Salt,
- Black pepper powder.
9.Whole cumin seeds.
লবণ হলুদ মরিচের গুড়ি দিয়ে মাছের ডিম গুলো আমি খুব ভালো করে হাত দিয়ে চটকিয়ে নেব। আসতা যে দানাদানা থাকে সবগুলো ভেঙে দিবো একবারে এতে করে মাছের ডিমের যে ময়লাগুলো থাকে সব বেরিয়ে যাবে
আর আমি খুব ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিয়েছি।
I will grind the fish eggs very well with my hands with salt, turmeric and chili powder. I will break all the grains that are there at once, this will remove all the dirt that is in the fish eggs.
And I have washed them very well.
এবার কড়াইতে তেল দিয়ে কয়েকটা আস্ত জিরা দিয়ে দিব।আমি যে মাছের ডিম গুলো চটকে রেখেছিলাম সেগুলোও দিব। এবার নাড়াচাড়া করতে থাকবো।
Now I will add oil to the pan and add a few whole cumin seeds. I will also add the fish eggs that I had fried. Now I will keep stirring.
পাঁচ মিনিট নাড়াচাড়া করে পানিটা শুকিয়ে গেলে এই পর্যায়ে এসে মরিচ কুচি,পিয়াচ,রসুন কুচি দিয়ে দিব।
After stirring for five minutes, when the water dries up, add the chopped chili, onion, and garlic.
এবার হালকা জালে নাড়াচাড়া করে বাদামি কালার করে নিব। এরই মাঝেই হয়ে গেল মাছের ডিম ভাজা রেসিপি। আশা করছি সহজ রেসিপিটি আপনাদের কাছে ভালো লেগেছে। এতক্ষণ যারা রেসিপিটি দেখেছেন তাদেরকে অসংখ্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানাই।
