But my real moment of reflection comes when all hands are off desk and my brain is relaxed, I kind of have an in-depth reflection then and that's when I can say I approach it intentionally

Off desk and off phone right? I think that's where many fail at reflecting, we stop working to reflect only to start using our phones. 😂
There's no reflection in that cos no matter how multitasking our brain can be, we can't do that when reflecting. So it's off phone
That's how it should, some just deceive themselves to be reflecting while in their phone.
