Last night I couldn't think of what to make for dinner. We took the easy route and had ramen with tuna sandwiches. We hadn't had soup and sandwich in a long time.
Let me help you out here. I love a good top ramen. So next time heat up a sartén. Put some oil and cook some Chinese cabbage, onions and leeks or green onions, flash fry it. Start to boil like a cup or less of water. Take the bag of frozen mixed veggies and put in the water. Take some meat or tofu and cook in the pan. Once the water is boiling put the ramen in and cook for like 1-2 minutes, I don't remember. Then combine the sauce and flavors. Add the veggies and meat or tofu.
Caveat depending on the meat you can cook before the Chinese cabbage and onions, so that can soak up the flavors.
There you go. Now you don't need to combine a sandwich with ramen. Too many carbs and frankly your stomach will appreciate this new feast.
I did add broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and chicken to the pot.
Tonight, we're having cabbage with ground beef and carrots.
We had a late lunch, but preparing this baked chicken took longer than I expected. In the end, it was worth the wait. Have a great afternoon, friends!

For me, I love doing physical worship. I feel like i am able to worship with no distraction not because I can't do that too if I decide to join virtually but then I just feel like there's a way our faith works individually
I get the preference for physical worship, but I'm not sure I'd say it necessarily means fewer distractions. A physical service can have just as many distractions, sometimes even more.
Maybe the bigger factor is the mindset we bring into worship. Do you think someone who is genuinely focused can experience the same depth of worship virtually?

Always the physical for me, it's how it should be. That's how members of the church would relate as God expects us to. After all, online worship is a recent technology update and we all know how this era is slowly getting rid of human involvement in general.
But of course, we all can't do the same thing or think the same. And that's the division that will always exist until Christ returns. Hopefully, we all keep our hearts right with God.

Getting to know people gives indepth knowledge about them. Well most times we find out that we have been right about the first impressions all along
It's good to get to know a person very well before coming to conclusions on the kind of person that they are. I'm guilty of it too, there are times I judge people based on their first impressions and I was wrong, and there have been times that I've been right too.

Well, from 2pm till 5pm I spent the whole afternoon at the beach. While there black clouds came over and it rained a bit but very short. We resumed our beach day. It was relaxing. Don't have pics to show as I didn't bring my phone -left it charging- Now, back home took a shower and sat to read and post. Happy evening all.

Life moves fast. Everyone is chasing more comfort, more success, and more stability. With social media filling most of our free time, it’s easy to stay busy and skip moments of reflection.
How often do you truly pause to reflect on your life? What does your reflection process look like? Do you approach it intentionally, or do you rush through it because you feel too busy?
It's not something I do often or occasionally. But it's something I'm always intentional about when I do it. And most times, it's always before distraction, daily activities, especially when I'm carried away with the hustle and bustle of each other....
That's a good habit to keep your life goals on track and not lose it mentally. 😅

Its something I'm still working on but I know how beautiful it feels whenever I reflect, it's something I'd love to do twice daily.
So, it's something I do basically when I wake up, so I won't rush it when my daily activities start. Reflection is meant to be carefully done and not rushed.
Yeah, morning Reflections are the best actually. Because your body system and mind are all at rest and maximum energy.
I also like to do night reflections right before bed sometimes, it relaxes me.
That's a two different types of reflection there, morning is to look ahead, night is to check what you did throughout the day. Both are nice actually

I try to reflect at the end of a busy , stressful or peaceful day even if it's just for a few minutes it's no easy but it has become a routine.
I think about my decisions and if I'm at least achieving my goals or close or if I'm chasing my dreams.
That's the essence of reflection, to check if you're still on track.
A lot who don't reflect just go about anything that comes their way not making sure if they are still on their goals, some don't even have goals. 😅
It's good you have it on your routine, makes life easier, focused not just random.
But my real moment of reflection comes when all hands are off desk and my brain is relaxed, I kind of have an in-depth reflection then and that's when I can say I approach it intentionally

My moment of reflection while still in the midst of task often come as a rush and that's part of when I get to observe if I have actually achieve something for the day so far

Much less than I used to. The thing is that I am aware I need to stop and reflect, but there's always something wanting my attention.
And I'll say that's what every other person is faced with, some just find the time to stop and reflect because it is just as important as keep being busy.

That’s nice, not bad. My Sundays are usually for clean-ups. For me, it’s part of my reset to usher me into a new week. Seeing everything clean just does something positive to my brain and I really like it.

Is not even about finding the publish button you know when you open Scrabble there are three lines by your right if you click on it it will show you movies then you can type in the movie you want to search for those three buttons are not opening at all
