The cafe is separated from the beach sand by a balustrade of lanterns on wooden poles. When it gets dark, they turn them on. Oh! Someone's parasailing there! This beach has such entertainment; I don't think there are any olive turtles here, so you can just have fun and listen to music. I was too lazy to take photos of the menu, but the prices are about the same as anywhere else. Incidentally, the typography and menu items were suspiciously reminiscent of the menu at "Capricorn"—exactly the same; maybe they're owned by the same owner. The table is on the front line, almost on the sand.
We bought a dragonfruit in Cavelossim and asked the waiters to cut it. They actually did. Dragonfruits are a cool thing, though in Vietnam, where they grow in abundance, they were cheaper and more common. We even saw a dragonfruit plantation there on one of the excursions. Delicious! We need something to entertain ourselves while they're bringing our food. It's funny that in Vietnam we often ordered Indian food, but here we are eating Vietnamese dragonfruit.
This is our favorite thing – buttered naan, flatbreads with butter! They make any meal more enjoyable. We usually order a couple of different flatbreads, sometimes something like a potato paratha. Vegetable salads are always a must-have. Vitamins and all that!
The highlight of this evening was tandoori chicken, served with a "dry" cabbage salad. It was plenty for two.
Another time, we ordered shai paneer, and the sauce there was quite spicy. Roti and fries. Sometimes the fries are a hit, though we mostly ordered rice dishes.
So, here's the sunset we've been waiting for! What a beautiful sight! We never tire of sunsets in Goa!

Das Café ist durch eine Balustrade aus Laternen auf Holzpfählen vom Strand getrennt. Sobald es dunkel wird, werden die Laternen eingeschaltet. Oh! Da gleitet jemand mit dem Gleitschirm! An diesem Strand gibt es so viel Unterhaltung; ich glaube, hier gibt es keine Meeresschildkröten, also kann man einfach Spaß haben und Musik hören. Ich war zu faul, die Speisekarte zu fotografieren, aber die Preise sind ungefähr die gleichen wie überall. Die Schriftart und die Gerichte erinnerten mich übrigens verdächtig an die Speisekarte von „Capricorn“ – sie waren identisch; vielleicht gehören sie ja demselben Besitzer. Der Tisch steht ganz vorne, fast direkt am Sand.
Wir kauften eine Drachenfrucht in Cavelossim und baten die Kellner, sie aufzuschneiden. Und tatsächlich taten sie es. Drachenfrüchte sind eine tolle Sache, obwohl sie in Vietnam, wo sie im Überfluss wachsen, billiger und verbreiteter waren. Auf einem unserer Ausflüge haben wir sogar eine Drachenfruchtplantage gesehen. Köstlich! Wir brauchen etwas, um uns die Zeit zu vertreiben, während unser Essen kommt. Lustig, dass wir in Vietnam oft indisch gegessen haben, und hier essen wir vietnamesische Drachenfrucht.
Das ist unser Lieblingsessen: Butter-Naan, Fladenbrot mit Butter! Es macht jede Mahlzeit besser. Wir bestellen meistens verschiedene Fladenbrote, manchmal auch etwas wie Kartoffel-Paratha. Gemüsesalate dürfen natürlich nicht fehlen. Vitamine und so!
Das Highlight des Abends war Tandoori-Hähnchen mit einem trockenen Krautsalat. Es war mehr als genug für zwei.
Ein anderes Mal haben wir Shai Paneer bestellt, und die Soße war ziemlich scharf. Dazu Roti und Pommes. Manchmal sind die Pommes der Hit, obwohl wir meistens Reisgerichte bestellen.
Und da ist er endlich, der Sonnenuntergang, auf den wir gewartet haben! Was für ein wunderschöner Anblick! Wir können uns an Sonnenuntergängen in Goa einfach nicht sattsehen!
