Last Wednesday afternoon, we stopped by Joel’s Pansitan for a simple meal.

This eatery has been around for many years now, and it has become a familiar spot for many travelers and locals along the highway.
They were serving their famous pansit, which has a tasty soup.
They also offer the soup for free. You just have to ask for it, and they will serve it to you as many times as you want.
That time, we ordered pansit with egg.

Then while we were enjoying our food, we spotted Uncle Eugene eating there too.
And he was so kind coz he immediately ordered two bottles of soft drinks for us. Haha. It was such a nice surprise.

We went there as the sun was about to set, though we couldn’t see it clearly because the view was covered by tall trees.

Still, the setting looks nice.
And since the place is right along the highway, we had a clear view of busy vehicles and people passing by.
There are cars, motorcycles, and people who are so busy with their daily lives. It gave the place a lively and constant buzz that felt very much like home.

It was just a simple afternoon, but with good and affordable food. 🍽️
Until my next family time...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
