




The season started some weeks back but now is the peak!
This is the time where we get the best Cherimoyas!
Cherimoya is such a wonderful fruit...on top of being delicious, they are super healthy too!
Packed with antioxidants and super rich in Vitamin C which is great for the skin!
Cherimoya also contains potassium, a mineral that helps regulate blood pressure. Adequate potassium intake is associated with a lower risk of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, promoting overall heart health.

And what about the taste!?!
Sweet and creamy with hard dark seeds which are easy removing when consuming.
Ps. They are also known as Custard Apple in some parts of the world.
