Hello, my lovely friends!

Today, I start my day with renewed energy and a full heart, beginning my first day of work after moving from Trang province to Koh Phangan, a land renowned for its beauty and vibrant lifestyle.
Early in the morning, I'm busy with my duties as a "housewife and matchmaker (with animals)." Before the clock even struck 4, I was already up and getting ready. My new home, located in the heart of the lively market, is bustling. The ground floor is the kingdom of my four-legged and two-winged companions: a talkative parrot, a cuddly cat, and a little Sulcata tortoise. Starting the day by feeding them and cleaning up after them is a small joy that makes me smile before venturing out into the world.

The Charm of Thai Cuisine: Flavors Made with Heart
After taking care of the little ones, it's time for some culinary arts! Today, I hurried to my mother's house, just a few hundred meters away, to help prepare the ingredients. The aroma of spices and Thai herbs filled the kitchen. We spent nearly three hours creating authentic Thai dishes, including fragrant steamed fish in banana leaves, rich and savory massaman curry, tender panang curry, crisp stir-fried vegetables, and creamy tom kha gai (chicken coconut soup). We paid attention to every step, just like we would for our own family.

Checking In at Pantip Market: A Gateway to Thai Flavors

As lunchtime approached, I volunteered to lead the charge, transporting various dishes to be sold at Pantip Market, a hub for tourists from all over the world. As soon as the stall was set up, Thai and foreign customers began to trickle in. The atmosphere of people scooping rice and curry into bags or eating at the stall was incredibly lively and impressive.
I didn't forget to take pictures of the various dishes to share with my friends. See those steamed fish curry and golden omelets lined up? It's the pride I feel in sharing the unique flavors of Thai cuisine with people around the world.
Moving here might be a new beginning with many adjustments, but being with my family, taking care of my beloved pets, and doing work that brings joy to people through the taste of food makes me realize that happiness is closer than I thought.
