I assume that even if Alive Power is delegated such that the owner's wallet has less than 1,000 undelegated Alive Power remaining, the holder can still tip !ALIVE as if no outgoing delegation is present. ๐ค I !HOPE that @tydynrain or @borniet can confirm this !INDEED! ๐๐ค !WEIRD !PIXY
Tip calls should work as long as there is 1,000 effective Alive Power, either through staking or delegation. I just took a look at @ivyann's wallet, and she should definitely be able to tip. If it's not working, then I'll see if Bjorn has any idea why that might be. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค

I assume that all of Bjorn's Hive token tipping bots process the respective token tipping commands retroactively, such that the time of each token tipping attempt is taken into account whenever a tipping bot's downtime happens to cross through midnight UTC !INDEED. ๐ค

I just learned about this now. It used to that one must have 1000 or more Alive Power to be able tip regarles of the quantity delegated out.
