I assume that even if Alive Power is delegated such that the owner's wallet has less than 1,000 undelegated Alive Power remaining, the holder can still tip !ALIVE as if no outgoing delegation is present. 🤔 I !HOPE that @tydynrain or @borniet can confirm this !INDEED! 🖖🤗 !WEIRD !PIXY
Tip calls should work as long as there is 1,000 effective Alive Power, either through staking or delegation. I just took a look at @ivyann's wallet, and she should definitely be able to tip. If it's not working, then I'll see if Bjorn has any idea why that might be. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I just learned about this now. It used to that one must have 1000 or more Alive Power to be able tip regarles of the quantity delegated out.
