RE: Homemade Mustard—Surprisingly Easy! / びっくり簡単、自家製マスタード

in Food & Culturelast month (edited)

I was so happy with my homemade mustard that I bought some tofu sausages and enjoyed them with vegetables for lunch

😁

I don't see it now but as a child we would buy small containers of sprouted mustard and cress for garnish and egg sandwiches. Nowadays the mustard has gone missing and its only cress. Mustard is the only spice that grows in England. English mustard is the strongest I think!

Sort:

Same here, only cress. I didn't know there was mustered stouts in store. In Japan, radish sprout was popular and alfalfa came in in my childhood.

Now I want to try the strongest English mustered!!😁

Colman's is the best known brand.
