Someone told me about the cornstarch many years ago, I'd forgotten. Your piping looks good @akipponn!
Funny I made meringues yesterday with leftover egg whites, but am staying at my brother's house and the oven is different so they came out pale beige colour. We had no piping bag or tips!

Haha, what a conisidence! I used to use just spoon for Japanese mini meringues. Ja, piping practice is on my winter todo list 😊
