Happy Monday hivers how are you? If you remember Saturday I spent a nice morning at the Agliana park you can find my blog post, since it was a beautiful day and we didn't feel like cooking we decided to look for a pizzeria nearby and we found a place called pizza oasis! What's better than a nice pizza for a weekend lunch?
The place is easy to find it is on a very busy main road, it is not very big but has a good parking lot nearby. The location is great even if the view of the road is not a great beauty. However, upon entering we immediately found a simple and familiar environment and really friendly staff who gave us all the information we asked for. In the window they had various slices of pizza and stuffed focaccia all cooked in a wood oven, to be taken immediately they had a choice, simple pizza, with sausage, with mushrooms, schiacciata stuffed with spinach and sausage, cooked ham and mozzarella and sausage and turnips. A good choice.
Feliz lunes hibernantes ¿cómo están? Si recordáis que el sábado pasé una mañana muy agradable en el parque de Agliana podéis encontrar mi post en el blog, como era un día bonito y no teníamos ganas de cocinar decidimos buscar una pizzería cerca y encontramos un lugar llamado oasi della pizza!
¿Qué mejor que una buena pizza para un almuerzo de fin de semana? El lugar es fácil de encontrar, está en una calle principal muy transitada, no es muy grande pero tiene buen estacionamiento cerca. La ubicación es genial aunque la vista de la calle no es tan buena. Sin embargo al entrar nos encontramos inmediatamente con un ambiente sencillo y familiar y un personal muy amable que nos facilitó toda la información que solicitamos.
En el escaparate tenían varias porciones de pizza y focaccia rellenas todas cocinadas en horno de leña, para llevar al momento podían elegir entre: pizza simple, con salchicha, con champiñones, schiacciata rellena de espinacas y salchicha, de jamón cocido y mozzarella y de salchicha y nabos. Una buena elección.
The clerk also explained to us that it is possible to order pizzas and focaccias of all kinds by reservation and that their specialty is focaccias stuffed with roast beef, porchetta or liver, a real specialty.
My husband, a lover of porchetta, immediately ordered a focaccia with porchetta that cost 5 euros, while I, a pizza lover, ordered a slice of pizza margherita and one with sausage. I really liked the collection of Coca Cola bottles in this simple environment and also the space to eat with tables or stools overlooking the street, the prices in my opinion were fair and the pizza was really good with an excellent dough and tasty mozzarella, not everyone knows how to make a good pizza, they do, I also tried the porchetta which was really well cooked and delicious, it is a place where we will certainly return also because I want to try the focaccias or pizzas alla pala, they look delicious! Hurray for the pizza oasis, a true oasis for lovers of pizzas and focaccias!
Obviously to drink we chose two classic beers of the Italian tradition, the Moretti!
El recepcionista también nos explicó que es posible pedir pizzas y focaccias de todo tipo previa reserva y que su especialidad son las focaccias alla pala rellenas de roast beef, porchetta o hígado, una auténtica especialidad. Mi marido, amante de la porchetta, pidió inmediatamente una focaccia con porchetta que costó 5 euros, mientras que yo, amante de la pizza, pedí una porción de pizza margarita y otra con salchicha. Me gustó mucho este ambiente sencillo, la colección de botellas de Coca Cola y también el espacio para comer con mesas o taburetes con vista a la calle, los precios en mi opinión fueron justos y la pizza estaba realmente buena con una masa excelente y una sabrosa mozzarella, no todos saben hacer una buena pizza, ellos sí, también probé la porchetta que estaba muy bien cocinada y deliciosa, es un lugar donde seguramente volveremos también porque quiero probar la focaccia o las pizzas por porción, se ven deliciosas! ¡
Viva el oasis de la pizza, un auténtico oasis para los amantes de la pizza y la focaccia!
Obviamente para beber elegimos dos cervezas clásicas de la tradición italiana, las Moretti!
