First of all I must tell you that the presentation of the dish is exquisite, a marvel in all the photography, from the composition to the colours. Secondly, you reminded me of a recipe that I inherited from my grandmother, but she used to make the filling with meat, in addition to vegetables, it could be ground meat, cut with a knife, pork or beef, and it was delicious. I've never tried it with Asian fillings, it's a very good idea.

And yes, the most complicated thing is the dough, finding the right amount of moisture in the vegetables, or in the filling, so that the dough doesn't get so moist that it breaks. I loved it, even though I can't tell the flavour from the photos, I can assure you that it gives you a great appetite. Thank you very much for this great recipe! Hugs!

En principio debo decirte que la presentación del plato es exquisita, una maravilla en toda la fotografía, desde la composición hasta los colore. Segundo te diré que me recordaste una receta que heredé e mi abuela, pero ella el relleno lo realizaba con carne, además de verduras, podía ser carne molida, cortada a cuchillo y de cerdo o vaca y quedaba delicioso. Nunca lo he probado con rellenos asiáticos, es muy buena idea.

Y sí, lo más complicado es la masa, encontrar el punto de la humedad de las verduras, o del relleno y que la masa no se humecte tanto que se rompa. Me encantó, más allá de que no puedo saber el sabor con las fotos, te aseguro que da mucho apetito. Muchas gracias por esta genial receta! Abrazo!
